We understand how much goes on behind the scenes and how valuable it is to have a trusted team keeping things organized, on track, and moving toward closing. As working moms, we also know how important it is to protect your time, and our goal is to help agents focus more on their clients, their business, and the life they’re building outside of work.

Meet Anya

Anya Hornak

With a background in technical graphics, systems organization, and client-facing creative work, Anya brings a unique operational and branding perspective to Keybridge. After spending years helping businesses communicate clearly through design and process-driven workflows, she naturally found her place in the real estate industry again .

She enjoys combining structure, aesthetics, and efficiency into an experience that feels polished from start to finish. Her attention to detail and ability to streamline complex processes help ensure every file moves forward smoothly while maintaining the elevated, professional experience Keybridge is known for. She runs Keybridge alongside her work in graphic design, bringing an eye for detail, professionalism, and thoughtful client experience into every part of the business.

Together, Brandi and Anya created Keybridge to bridge the gap between efficiency and experience , offering agents reliable transaction support with a level of communication, organization, and professionalism that feels personal. As the company continues to grow, their focus remains the same: helping agents protect their time, serve their clients well, and move confidently from contract to close.

Meet Brandi

Brandi Schwerdtfeger

Brandi has spent the last 13 years serving clients as a REALTOR®, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to guide a real estate transaction from contract to close. As she continued growing in her real estate career and began working toward her broker’s license with the goal of opening her own brokerage, she noticed a real need in the industry: agents needed more support behind the scenes.

What started as helping a few agents she knew quickly grew by word of mouth. More and more agents began trusting Brandi to help manage their transactions, and before long, the demand became bigger than a side role. Between serving agents, caring for her own clients, and prioritizing time with her family, Brandi realized it was time to create a company built intentionally around transaction management, agent support, and excellence in the details.

Through Keybridge Transaction Management, Brandi is passionate about helping new agents better understand the business while giving experienced agents the freedom to focus on what they do best: serving their clients, building relationships, and growing their business. Her approach is professional, organized, and detail-driven, but also personal. She believes agents deserve a transaction partner who cares about their success as much as they do.

Outside of work, Brandi is a wife and mom of three. She and her husband met in 2012, and together they love spending time with their children, going to the lake, and taking trips to the mountains and the beach. Family is a big part of why she does what she does, and it keeps her grounded in the importance of time, trust, and meaningful support.

Brandi brings the experience of a seasoned REALTOR®, the vision of a future broker, and the heart of someone who truly wants to see other agents succeed. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to making every transaction smoother, she is here to help agents feel supported, organized, and confident from contract to closing.
